NAPOLEÓN uses an external service for its national and international shipments. The shipping fee will be calculated before making the final payment of your purchase.
Important note: the purchase of leather products outside of Mexico is at the risk of customers (customs may deny entry of the product to the destination country). NAPOLEÓN is not responsible for any customs problem.
Your shipment will be processed from the moment you complete your purchase.

DELIVERY TIMES FOR NATIONAL SHIPPING
The delivery time for packages that are shipped within Mexico will be 1 to 3 business days from the order is ready for shipment.
DELIVERY TIMES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The approximate delivery time for packages less than 10kg is 3 to 5 business days from the order is processed.
These delivery times do not consider the days that the package can stay in customs.
Customs charges are borne by the customer.
NAPOLEÓN is not responsible for delays related to the weather, delays of air ports, delays due to customs problems or delays due to force majeure.

Under no circumstances are changes to "BODIES" accepted.
Any change is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery to the customer. As long as you have the purchase ticket / record.
